Brain Dump.
It’s when you take 10-15 minutes and literally write out
word for word everything in your head in that moment.

This is especially helpful when you feel overwhelmed, or are having a hard time making a decision on something.
Just write. No looking back ro reviewing.
Neat, Sloppy, Scribbles, whatever.
Get it all out. And then, stop.
Once complete, take a few moments to give your mind and hands a well needed rest.
Then come back to the dumpster page of words. Scan over them, see what pops out.
Make of note of what does. Ignore what doesn’t
You’ll be surprised how much clarity this messy process actually provides.
Gotta love a good ole brain dump sesh.
